Online Prescription Spectacle Orders

1. Your uploaded spectacle prescription can only be processed if it has been signed off by an Optometrist with clear Optometrist name and contact details including address and phone number. The prescription must not be expired. 

2. Spectacle prescriptions must include pupillary distance measurements done by a dispenser or Optometrist. 

3. You agree that any spectacle prescription you supply to us is valid and the correct prescription type/use you want to order. 

4. All orders will be assessed by our dispensing staff and we will notify you by email whether your order is approved or not.

5. Spectacle Lens orders may need to be specially grind in some cases and further costs would apply. Our staff will notify you with a quote to proceed with grind lens orders. Lens pricing online applies to stock lenses only. 

6. Lenses are subject to availability from lens brand suppliers. If your chosen lens brand does not have your lens choice, then we will email you an alternative lens brand option.

7. If the frame you order is out of stock, we will notify you to discuss alternative options or advise back order delays. Back orders for frames can take 4 to 6 weeks or more. 

8. Spectacle orders (with stock lenses) generally take 2-4 business days to process for purchasers to receive within 10-14 business days from the date of order. If you require a more urgent order then please email this request to our staff and we will see what we can do to speed up your order and delivery. 

9. Spectacle orders (with grind lenses) generally take 5-7 business days to make at the lens laboratories and 7-14 business days to process and deliver.

10. Due to the COVID pandemic, there may be unexpected delays with lens supplies and courier services at any time. We cannot guarantee your order would be free of delays. Delays of up to 4-8 weeks may occur. 

Online Contact Lens Orders

1. Your uploaded contact lens prescription can only be processed if it has been signed off by an Optometrist with clear Optometrist name and contact details including address and phone number. The prescription must not be expired. 

2. All orders will be assessed by our dispensing staff and we will notify you by email whether your order details are adequate and if stock is available at our supplier's warehouse. We will also notify you by email of any delays with orders. Back order products can take 4 - 6 weeks. General orders would take 3-5 business days for courier deliveries around Australia. 

3. Please order carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for contact lens orders.
