As we are not equipped to see COVID-19 positive patients for urgent eye care, COVID-19 positive patients with eye emergencies need to attend hospital clinics for assistance.

Please do not attend our practice:

* If you have any cold or flu like symptoms including cough, sneezing, fever and chills, runny nose, sore-throat. 

Patients who may attend the practice are asked to:

* Use hand-santiser at the entrance and before leaving the practice
* Social distance from staff and other patients
* Attend with 1 parent / guardian / carer maximum to avoid clinic crowding
* Avoid touching anything unless required to

As a healthcare clinic, we ask patients to wear a suitable 3 ply face mask or higher protection when in the consultation room. Mask wearing is no longer mandatory, but sometimes wearing a mask helps protect people at higher risk of severe illness and staff.
